REFUND POLICY     

 

REFUNDS PROCEDURE  

 

  • Products that can be worn to test for fragrance transfer, fit, and comfort are covered by our return policy. Examples include natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc. All price tags, brand tags, shoe boxes, and original packing must be present, and the products must not have been washed.  
  • Due to sanitary reasons, packaged goods and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.  
  • In accordance with the specified zip code, we provide reverse pick-up services. We will make three tries to pick up the customer's return package, so please be aware of that.  
  • In the first two days after receiving your order, you can ask for a refund. The request must be submitted within the allotted period. Your return will be reviewed once we get it. You will be informed if you qualify for a refund. Please be aware, though, that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we get the wrong item or a used, damaged, torn, or dirty item.  
  • Within 5-7 business days, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method if it is accepted. You should be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.  

 

If you ask for a refund or exchange for any other reason than those listed above, you'll be responsible for paying the shipping fees (as decided by our website). These fees will either be subtracted from subsequent orders or applied to the refund, as appropriate.  

 

RETURNS  

 

We only honor refunds in the following circumstances:  

  • The product must be completely unopened, brand-new, and in the original packing.  
  • You must present a receipt or other evidence of purchase to complete the return process.  
  • Refunds will not be given for components that are damaged or missing for causes that are not our fault or that are not attributable to us.  

 

EXCHANGE (IF REQUIRED)  

 

Only in instances where the product is faulty or damaged do we offer replacements. The best way to get in touch with us is via email, so please do so at [email protected] / [email protected] if you need to exchange something.
